It does not bare the usual kanji indicating the shop or seller so this was likely for private use. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIt is a beautiful form, the absence of extra design or kanji makes this very sculptural. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIt has a simple natural rope around the neck.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn good overall condition, with some marks on the body.  \u003cbr\u003eThere is some wire wound around the top of the neck. I can see a little shallow cracking on the inside of the neck, but to me it looks like just cracks in the glaze, I don't believe they run all the way through. So I dont think the wire is holding anything together. Its possible this wire has there to secure the stopper.
