These solar lanterns are amazing, we've been testing them in our garden for the last year and they haven't missed a beat! If they get a full day of sun to charge they will last all night long and still be going in the morning. 

Like most led lights these days you can choose from cool white, daylight and warm light. Warm light is definitely our favourite.

They will turn on automatically when the sun goes down and off again when it gets light enough. But you can turn them on and off anytime with the included remote.  

Measures 48.5cm high to top of handle. 25cm x 25cm wide at base.

Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 2 business days via Australia Post. For extra large items, we may use a courier and will communicate with you about the options.

Standard shipping costs (Australia):

  • $0- $100 order: $15
  • $100-$250 order: $20
  • $250+ order: FREE SHIPPING

Standard Post takes 3-8 days to arrive to Australian destinations.

Express Post takes 1-2 days, unless there are delays due to peak postal times (ie Christmas).

You will be notified of any delays from our end (prior to shipping) as soon as possible.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can check the AusPost website for arrival details.

I love my kyōtō andon solar lantern!
I was a student in Japan way back in 1976, and the inclusion of this lantern amongst the strappy green leaves of my intimate, meditative rear garden make me nostalgic for those halcyon days. The lantern oozes beauty, simplicity and the blending of traditional and contemporary sensibilities of Japanese design. I appreciate Daniel and Candice's keen eye for sophisticated and practical aesthetic. I'll be trawling through their generously stocked products for my next indulgent purchase ...
